TerraPaperLine offers a range of top-tier yacht charter services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Yacht hire for daily excursions
  • Evening yacht trips

We may adjust or cease services at our discretion, based on serviceability and climate conditions.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When making a yacht booking, you are required to:

  • Be no younger than 18 years
  • Provide truthful and full details
  • Pay the deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed with the receipt of the corresponding payment and a written acknowledgment from us. We reserve the choice to decline service to any person at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

All yacht charters are provided based on the vessel’s availability and favorable weather conditions. We will make all reasonable attempts to meet your requested dates and timings.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All pricing is in € and is inclusive of taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the complete charter expense is payable upon booking
  • Balance: Payable 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
  • Other charges (where applicable): Payable after the charter has concluded

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept primary credit cards, wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. All payments are processed using secure, encrypted procedures.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours before departure: A full refund minus transaction charges
  • Between 24 and 72 hours before departure: A 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours to departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the weather pose a safety hazard as determined by our captain, options include:

  • Rebooking for the next open date at no extra cost
  • Issuing a complete refund when rescheduling is unavailable

5.3 Mechanical Difficulties

If there are mechanical faults with the designated vessel, efforts will be made to supply a comparable replacement. If this is not possible, you will be provided with a full refund.

6. Safety and Behavior

6.1 Safety Obligations

All guests are expected to:

  • Heed all directives from the crew
  • Utilize safety equipment as mandated
  • Disclose any health conditions that may influence their safety
  • Stay within the vessel’s designated areas

6.2 Prohibited Commodities

The items below are not allowed on the vessel:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal items
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Excessive amounts of beverages (beyond modest consumption)
  • Animals (unless consent has been granted beforehand)

6.3 Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully. We have the right to terminate a charter without a refund if guest conduct endangers safety or spoils the experience for others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

We are liable only up to the total amount paid for your yacht charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Injury to persons resulting from their own negligence
  • Theft or damage to personal possessions
  • Indirect or punitive damages
  • Delays arising from weather or situations outside our control

7.2 Insurance Protection

We carry full maritime insurance for our vessels and business operations. Clients are advised to secure their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Risk Acknowledgment

By engaging in our yacht services, you recognize the inherent dangers of marine activities and accept personal accountability for your safety and security.

8. Adaptations and Itinerary Variations

We may alter itineraries, paths, or schedules in response to weather reports, safety considerations, or functional necessities. We will make every effort to offer suitable alternatives.

9. Force Majeure

Our obligations are waived for any delay, cancellation, or change necessitated by events beyond our control, including, but not confined to:

  • Severe climate scenarios
  • Catastrophes of nature
  • Laws and regulations
  • Docking facility closures
  • Vessel breakdowns

10. Privacy and Personal Data

We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy. Engaging with our services implies your agreement to our data collection and utilization laid out in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Ownership

All material on our website, such as texts, illustrations, trademarks, and images, are guarded by copyright and related laws. Duplication, distribution, or creation of derivative pieces is not permitted without prior written authorization.

12. Jurisdiction
