What does a typical yacht rental come with?
Every rental comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Specific amenities differ per service — sunset tours come with high-end drinks and light bites, while business rentals offer meeting spaces and professional catering choices.
When should I make a reservation?
It's best to book at least 2–3 weeks ahead of time, particularly in the high season (May–September). For business gatherings and special events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance provides greater availability and time for personalising the experience.
What protocol is followed for unfavourable weather conditions?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the event that our captain assesses the weather as unsafe, we'll suggest a new date or give a full refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will reach out to you 24 hours before your departure if the forecast is uncertain.
Is it permissible to bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you may bring your own food and beverages. Nevertheless, we offer superb catering services with customizable menus according to your taste. Note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Do you have yachts that are accessible for guests with mobility impairments?
We make every effort to be inclusive to all of our guests. While some of our boats are more accessible than others, please let us know your requirements upon booking, and we will suggest the best yacht and make any necessary arrangements.
What is your policy for cancellations?
For cancellations at least 72 hours before departure, we provide a full reimbursement. Cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded unless due to safety or mechanical issues originating from our end.
