Standard Cancellation and Refund Framework
More than 72 Hours Prior to Charter
Qualified for: Full reimbursement minus administrative charges
Reimbursement Period: 5-7 working days
Administrative cost: €50 for card refunds

Between 24 and 72 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: Half of the total charter expense
Reimbursement Period: 7-10 working days
Administrative charge: €25 subtracted from the reimbursement
Prerequisites: Acceptable justification needed; service charges apply
Under 24 Hours Prior to Charter
Qualified for: No reimbursement will be provided
Exceptions: Situations of urgency may be taken into account
Alternative: A credit for chartering may be offered at the discretion of the management
Prerequisites: Official documents are necessary for urgent requests
Cancellations Due to Weather
Our Commitment to Safety in Weather Conditions
Your safety is of utmost importance. In the event that our seasoned captain determines weather circumstances to be unsafe for your charter, you will be provided with these options:
- Complete Refund: Given if rescheduling isn't feasible
- Rearrangement: You may move your charter to an upcoming available slot at no additional charge
- Charter Credit: Issued and valid for one year from your original booking date
Method for Weather Evaluation
We implement the following in our weather analysis:
- Evaluation of wind velocity and direction
- Assessment of wave magnitude and sea conditions
- Forecasting of visibility and rainfall
- Marine advisories and Coastal Guard warnings
- Safety appraisal from a professional captain
Timeline for Decision: Determinations on weather-related cancellations are made no less than 4 hours prior to the set off time.
Refunds in the Event of Medical Emergencies
Emergent Situations
We are aware that unforeseen medical situations may arise. These are instances that might be considered for a special refund procedure:
- Unexpected illness or injury necessitating hospital admission
- Passing of a member within the close family circle
- Sudden calls to military duty
- Summons to court or jury service
- Catastrophic events impacting travel plans
Documentation Needed
To address requests for urgent refunds, please furnish us with:
- Proof of medical care or hospital records
- Certificate of death (where relevant)
- Proof of military directives
- Notice of court appearance or duty to jury
- Travel cautions or announcements of an emergency
Refund Processing: Emergent reimbursement claims are addressed within 3-5 working days upon submission of appropriate proof.
Cancellations due to Operational Issues
Technical Failures
In the case that your designated vessel encounters insurmountable technical issues:
- Substitute Vessel: We will attempt to secure a similar replacement
- Complete Refund: Offered when no satisfactory substitution is available
- Partial Refund: Provided in case the replacement vessel comes at a different rate
- Additional Compensation: Extra reimbursement may be considered to apologize for any inconvenience
Unavailability of Crew
In the uncommon event that our certified crew cannot partake:
- Efforts will be made to arrange alternate crew members
- Full reimbursement if the charter is unable to proceed
- Rescheduling at no extra charge

Reimbursements are carried out via the same method employed for the original payment:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 working days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 working days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 working days

Credit Conditions
- Validity Span: Active for one year from the date of issuance
- Transfer Conditions: Credits cannot be passed to other individuals
- Worth: Full value of the charter (void of handling fees)
- Application: Redeemable for any available charter booking
- Expiration: No extensions past the 12-month limit
Compensation for Incomplete Services
Service Disruptions
If your charter experiences interruptions or is shortened by factors within our control:
- Reimbursement proportional to the unused duration
- A voucher for a future charter equivalent in value
- Complimentary services or improvements
Interruptions Attributable to Guest Actions
If a charter is ended earlier due to guest behavior or nonadherence to safety protocols:
- No repayment for the portion not utilized
- Full payment obligation still stands
- Extra costs may be incurred
Settlement of Disputes
Should there be a disagreement over a refund evaluation, one may:
- Inquire for a reassessment by our administrative team
- Hand over further proof or records
- Seek intervention from consumer protection entities
- Consider lawful options as permitted by law
